关于服务问题
感觉你们广电尤其是通化分公司，的客服电话永远都是站线的，有时拨一百来遍也不通，要知道身为一个企业，售前和售后两项服务是重中之重，拒了解是不舍得钱哈哈，好象通化员工工资还不足一千二，估计连刷盘子的都不如，也难怪态度差服务不到位，没有动力啊，我看啊黄了算了，省得天天影响老百姓心情.

不只是你们那一块存在这个问题，长春这样的问题也严重。96633 87030707 只要是投诉电话，永远都是占线状态。其实广电和电信感觉一样，都是对百姓极其不负责的部门
